Initial service was brilliant when I bought off one of your adds. However when I tried to get you to help with supplying some filters for my GS1000S Suzuki that I couldn't see listed you just ignored my requests despite 3 phone calls and 2 emails. Very poor service and I have to say poor manners. There will be others bikes I need filters for but couldn't see me attempting to get you to help. All fixable though by returning my calls or emails. Excellent quick response & delivery, thank you - cannot fault your service at all. Only minor complaint is the state of the box when delivered by PBT Couriers - it looks like they threw it in the bottom of the van & then chucked everything else on top of it! Box was crushed & there is evidence of leaking but the filter doesn't appear to be damaged...
