⚠️ Important Compatibility & Replacement Note

A Smart, Budget-Friendly Alternative to Honeywell & Haltech: If you are currently running a genuine Haltech 150 PSI or Honeywell (TI) 150 PSI sensor, this unit serves as a direct software replacement.

Because it shares the exact same industry-standard 0.5V to 4.5V linear calibration scale (where 0.5V = 0 PSI and 4.5V = 150 PSI), you do NOT need to change or adjust your ECU software calibration. Your existing map settings will read this sensor perfectly.

Note: While internal programming remains identical, external plastic alignment ridges (the "keying") on the plug housing can vary slightly between brands. If your existing engine loom plug doesn't smoothly click locked, simply snip the old plug off and crimp on the included matching 3-pin connector kit. This is an absolute lifesaver if you are on a budget or looking for an affordable track-day spare!

⚠️ Technical Installation & Vibration Advice

Whether you are installing this sensor, a Honeywell, or a Haltech sensor, direct engine mounting is not recommended. High-frequency engine harmonics and intense vibrations can fatigue internal electronics and cause premature failure across all brands of solid-state transducers. For maximum reliability and lifespan, we strongly advise remote-locating the sensor to the firewall or chassis using a flexible, high-pressure line.

Wiring & ECU Pinout Guide

To ensure a seamless installation, match up the molded letters on the back of the included plastic plug housing to your ECU wiring harness:

  • Pin A: Sensor Ground (Connect to ECU Signal Ground / Blue-Black)
  • Pin B: +5V Reference Power (Connect to ECU 5V Sensor Supply / Orange)
  • Pin C: Sensor Signal Output (Connect to an available ECU Analog Voltage Input)
