How It Operates - Target Activation: Fan #1 turns on automatically when coolant temperature hits your programmed target set point.
- Staged Second Fan Delay: If operating dual cooling fans, Fan #2 starts 5 seconds after Fan #1 to smooth out alternator load and prevent voltage drops.
- 5°C Cool-Down Hysteresis: Both fans run continuously until coolant temperature drops 5°C (9°F) below your set target, preventing rapid on/off relay chatter.
- Air Conditioning Override: Automatically triggers both fans whenever the A/C system is turned on to maintain sub-condenser cooling.
